Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and l899 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the l899 online casino and sports betting platform available at l899.asia and all associated subdomains, mobile browser interfaces, and related services.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, placing a wager, or claiming any bonus or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all provisions contained herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the l899 platform.

This Agreement is written in English and is the authoritative version. l899 operates exclusively in English for all formal communications, terms, and legal documents targeting the Bangladesh market.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on l899, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. l899 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. No exceptions are made under any circumstances.
• You are registering on your own behalf as a private individual, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account on l899 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for a breach of these Terms & Conditions or for any fraudulent or prohibited activity.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the l899 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not employed by l899, nor are you a close family member of any l899 employee, in a capacity that could give rise to a conflict of interest.

Registration Process

To open an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate.

l899 reserves the right to request documentary evidence at any time to verify the identity, age, address, and payment method of any player as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Documents commonly requested include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, as well as proof of address and payment method ownership.

One Account Rule: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on l899. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be merged, suspended, or closed at l899's discretion, and any winnings attributed to a duplicate account may be voided.

Account Security & Credentials

l899 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials or from your failure to report unauthorised access in a timely manner. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether it was carried out by you personally — is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified l899 of a security breach prior to such activity occurring.

l899 employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption, session management controls, and anomaly detection systems to protect your account and personal data. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available to all players and is strongly recommended.

Deposit Currency

Withdrawals

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified in the player's name and has previously been used to make a deposit on the account. l899 does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

If a bonus is active on your account at the time of a withdrawal request, the request may be held pending satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirements, or the bonus may be forfeited at your election. Forfeiting an active bonus will result in any associated locked balance being removed from your account.

Abuse & Fraud

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting technical errors, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk complementary bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or any strategy identified by l899's risk team as designed to exploit bonus terms — is strictly prohibited. l899 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings obtained through bonus abuse and to close the offending account.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on l899 is governed by the specific game and market rules published within the platform, in addition to the general rules set out in this section.

Bet Acceptance

l899 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet or wager at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Bets are not final until confirmed by the platform and a bet confirmation reference number has been issued. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, the bet may be voided regardless of the apparent outcome.

Errors & Palpable Mistakes

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, a data feed error, or human input error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error"), l899 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the original stake. This applies regardless of whether the error was apparent to the player at the time of placement.

Cricket & Sports Betting

Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Champions Trophy, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — are governed by the specific event rules applicable to each tournament. In-play markets are settled based on the official result as published by the relevant governing body. Abandoned matches, weather interruptions, and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments are handled in accordance with the sport-specific rules published within the l899 platform.

Casino & Crash Games

All casino games, including live dealer tables provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and crash games including Aviator by Spribe, are governed by the rules of the individual game as provided by the game studio. Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any script or macro that interacts with the l899 platform without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any bugs discovered must be reported immediately to [email protected]. Exploiting a known bug without reporting it will result in immediate account closure.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino games, or any other multi-player format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after a wager has been settled.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing l899 staff or other players through any communication channel.

This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the express prior written consent of l899.

l899's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Amendments & Account Termination

Amendments

l899 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, l899 will provide reasonable notice via the platform or to the email address registered on your account. Minor amendments (such as clarifications that do not alter player rights) may be made without prior notice.

The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the l899 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and request a withdrawal of any remaining balance.

Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting l899 support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Active bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure unless wagering requirements have already been satisfied.

Account Suspension or Termination by l899

l899 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where l899 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited activity, provided false information, or posed a risk to the integrity of the platform. In such cases, l899 may withhold any balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, report the matter to relevant authorities.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and all disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and l899, the following process applies:

1. Initial Contact: The player must first contact l899 support at [email protected] with a clear description of the dispute. l899 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and aims to resolve all disputes within 14 days of receipt.
2. Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved to the player's satisfaction through the initial support process, the player may escalate the matter in writing to the l899 management team via the same email address, clearly marked as an escalated complaint.
3. Final Resolution: l899's decision on escalated disputes is final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and l899 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
